Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product or wrong size due to our error.

Products must be:

• Unused and unwashed.
• In their original condition.
• With all original tags and packaging intact.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, or damage caused after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our side.

Exchange

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
